Our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policies

As much as we try to make sure that every customer that shops with us leaves happy and satisfied with our products, we do understand that mistakes can happen. For this reason, we promise to address all problems, or issues that may arise with our products or service.

Please contact us by email within 7 days of delivery for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

We ask that you please keep in mind that each candle is hand poured and made from 100% soy wax. Please understand that no refunds or exchanges will be given for any product that has natural blemishes listed on our website. 

We will however refund the product amount or replace the product at no charge to any customer that experiences any damage resulting from shipping. We ask that you include a picture of the damaged candle in the email as well as a picture of the box the candle came in. 

 If any problems occur that is our mistake such as the wrong fragrance or size of product, we will happily replace the product for the correct one.
